Return & Exchange Policy

At Adorna, each set of our press-on nails is handmade to the highest standards. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless an incorrect item was shipped to you or your order arrives faulty or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within seven days of delivery by emailing adornaart.ch@gmail.com. Please kindly include clear photos of the damaged/incorrect order to help us resolve the issue swiftly. In some cases, we may request the return of the original item, so please keep the product and packaging in their original condition.
